Refund and Cancellation Policy:

To cancel your consultation please contact us on susierobbinsfamilies@gmail.com at least 48hrs before. Failure to give this notice will forfeit your consultation fee.

To reschedule a consultation please contact us on susierobbinsfamilies@gmail.com at least 24hrs before. Failure to give this notice may mean that we are unable to find another suitable time for you and will forfeit your consultation/membership fee.

Refunds will not be given.
