Meet Susie

Susie Robbins, founder and Director, brings both professional expertise and personal experience to every family she supports. As a mother of three, Susie understands first-hand the challenges parents face daily.

With an extensive background in education, Susie served as Intervention Manager at a large inner-city secondary school, where she specialised in supporting children at risk of social and academic exclusion.

Her comprehensive approach involved:

  • Creating personalised support networks with families, schools, and external agencies

  • Developing tailored strategies that addressed each child's unique circumstances

  • Building success through consistency, compassion, and empathy

This approach yielded remarkable results, with a documented high success rate of children reengaging with education and thriving in their environments.

Susie's trauma-informed, family-centred and therapeutic methodology focuses on the whole family system—not just addressing surface behaviours. She believes in resolving underlying issues rather than simply managing symptoms, creating lasting positive change for everyone involved.

Susie has successfully guided hundreds of families through behavioural challenges while strengthening family bonds. Her clients consistently report not just improved behaviour, but deeper understanding and connection within their families.

Susie's unique combination of professional training, practical experience, and personal journey as a parent makes her an empathetic and effective partner in your family's behavioural support journey.

        Meet Vicky

Vicky Robinson is a Children’s Occupational Therapist with over 20 years experience supporting families of children with sensory processing differences. She specialises in helping parents understand behaviours such as meltdowns, tricky transitions, sleep challenges, and school-related struggles through a sensory lens.

In consultations, Vicky offers a warm, practical, and neuro-affirming approach, helping parents move from feeling stuck or overwhelmed to having clarity and confidence. She focuses on creating realistic strategies that fit into everyday family life, so parents leave with a clear plan to support their child’s regulation, reduce daily stress, and make home and school routines feel calmer and more manageable.

          Our Mission

We believe every child deserves compassion, empathy, and understanding. As busy parents ourselves, we intimately understand the overwhelming challenge of wanting the best for your children when you lack specific knowledge or experience to address their needs.

Our approach is built upon three fundamental pillars:

Reveal: We work alongside parents to uncover the true root causes behind challenging behaviours, looking beyond symptoms to understand what your child is truly communicating.

Restore: Through evidence-based strategies and personalised guidance, we help heal the emotional fractures that may have developed, rebuilding trust and connection within your family.

Rebalance: We empower you with practical tools that bring harmony back to your home, creating sustainable solutions that benefit every family member.

We bring both professional expertise and parental experience to every consultation, offering a judgment-free partnership that transforms not just behaviours, but relationships.

We don't just solve problems—we strengthen families.
